Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10.00am and 6.00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, North Greenwich, and Barking piers. You can board the Emirates Air Line from either the North Greenwich or Royal Victoria sides of the river (nearest underground is North Greenwich). Ticket for Uber Boat by Thames Clippers includes a single journey on Uber Boat, valid from 10.00am, between 18 piers including but limited to London Eye, Embankment, Bankside, Tower, Greenwich or North Greenwich piers.

- Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis
- The Uber Boat single journey is valid for travel to/from any pier (between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside) and the cable car ticket includes one roundtrip journey
- Please check service timetable for departure times from the piers of your choice
- Single tickets are valid for travel in the Central and East Zones. Not valid for use in the West Zone (between Putney and Battersea Piers)
